FAQ

The main difference is the balance between strength and translucency. JINY HT zirconia offers up to 1350 MPa strength and 43% translucency, ST offers 1250 MPa and 45%, while SHT provides 1000 MPa and 48% for more aesthetic restorations.

Pre-shaded zirconia is zirconia material with tooth color already incorporated into the blank. It reduces manual coloring steps before sintering, helping dental labs improve workflow efficiency, shade consistency and production repeatability.

Yes. High translucent zirconia is well suited for anterior restorations because it provides better light transmission and a more natural appearance. Higher-translucency options such as JINY SHT and UT zirconia are especially suitable when aesthetics are a priority.

JINY zirconia blocks are available for multiple dental CAD/CAM systems. Compatibility depends on the disc or block size, holder type and milling machine configuration. Send us your machine brand and model, and we can help confirm the suitable zirconia format.

Yes. Except for the HT series, JINY zirconia supports fast sintering for efficient dental lab workflows. Single crowns can be sintered in approximately 1 hour, while 2–3-unit bridges can be completed with a 2-hour fast sintering program, helping reduce production time without adding unnecessary workflow steps.

The recommended sintering temperature varies by zirconia series and composition. For the best strength, translucency, shade and dimensional accuracy, always follow the sintering program specified for the selected JINY zirconia material rather than using one universal temperature.
